User Access

Manage who can access the ATS and their roles and permissions

Overview

The User Access page lets you manage all users who have access to the ATS within your organisation. Access it from the left sidebar. It shows a searchable list of users with their role assignments.

User List

The main area displays all users with their name, email, and role tag (e.g. 'Client Employee', 'Client Admin'). A total user count is shown in the top-right corner. Use the search bar to find users by name or email, and filter by role using the 'All Roles' dropdown.

User Details

Click on any user to open their detail panel on the right. The panel shows:

  1. Role & Permissions - the user's assigned role (e.g. Client Employee, Client Admin), category (e.g. Client), and active status
  2. Organization - the organisation the user belongs to, with a unique ID
  3. Contact - the user's email address
  4. Activity - account creation date, last login timestamp, and full login history

Review user access regularly to ensure only the right people have access to candidate data and hiring decisions. Remove inactive users promptly.
