Creating Your Account
Sign up with SSO or email and set up your organisation
Overview
Getting started with Alexia.ai takes less than two minutes. You can sign up using your company's Single Sign-On (SSO) provider through Teamified, or create an account with your email address and password.
Signing Up with SSO
If your organisation uses Teamified for identity management, you can sign in with a single click. Simply click 'Sign In' on the Alexia.ai homepage and you'll be redirected to your company's SSO login page. After authenticating, you'll be automatically provisioned into your organisation's Alexia.ai workspace.

- You'll be redirected to your Teamified SSO provider
- Authenticate with your company credentials
- You'll be automatically logged into your Alexia.ai workspace
Signing Up with Email
If your organisation doesn't use SSO, you can create an account with your email address. Click 'Start Free Trial' and enter your details. You'll receive a verification email - click the link to activate your account.
- Click 'Start Free Trial' on the homepage
- Enter your name, email, and create a password
- Check your inbox for a verification email
- Click the verification link to activate your account
Setting Up Your Organisation
After signing in for the first time, you'll be guided through a quick setup process. You'll name your organisation, invite team members, and choose which AI departments to activate first.
You can always add more departments and team members later from the Settings page.
