Approvals

Review and approve pending job requests from clients

Overview

The Approvals page is the Job Approval Queue - where pending job requests from clients are reviewed and approved before recruitment begins. This ensures that every new position has been formally authorised and budgeted before candidates are sourced. Access it from the left sidebar.

Approval Queue

The queue displays each pending job as a row with the following columns:

  1. Priority - urgency indicator with colour coding (e.g. red for Overdue)
  2. Job Title - the position title and department
  3. Type - employment type (e.g. Full-time)
  4. Client - the client or organisation requesting the hire
  5. Location - where the role is based (e.g. Remote, India)
  6. Approver - the person responsible for approving, with their email
  7. SLA - the approval deadline with an overdue indicator showing how long it's been past due
  8. Actions - Approve or Reject buttons to make a decision

Filtering and Search

Use the search bar to find approvals by job title or department, and filter by priority level using the 'All Priorities' dropdown. A summary at the bottom shows the count of Overdue, Urgent, and Normal items.

Keep an eye on overdue approvals - they can delay your entire hiring timeline. The SLA tracker shows exactly how long each approval has been waiting.
