Interview Availability

Manage your calendar and create interview slots for recruiters and hiring managers

Overview

The Interview Availability page lets you manage your interview schedule and set up availability slots for recruiters and hiring managers. Access it from the left sidebar.

Calendar View

The main area shows a calendar displaying your availability and scheduled interviews. Toggle between Calendar and List views, and switch between Month, Week, and Day perspectives. At the top, you can filter by your own calendar, specific Recruiters, and Hiring Managers to see their availability alongside yours.

Creating Interview Slots

Click on any time slot in the calendar to open the 'Create Interview Slot' dialog. Set the following:

  1. Date - the day for the interview slot
  2. Time - start and end times (e.g. 03:15 to 03:30 for a 15-minute slot). The duration is calculated and displayed automatically.
  3. Team Connect Video - a meeting link is auto-generated on booking, so candidates automatically receive a video call link when the interview is confirmed

Managing Availability

Your availability slots appear as blocks on the calendar. Recruiters and hiring managers can see each other's availability to coordinate interview scheduling without back-and-forth emails.

Set up your availability slots in advance so that interview scheduling can happen smoothly. The auto-generated Team Connect video links mean one less thing to coordinate manually.
