Create and manage reusable hiring pipeline templates

Overview

Pipeline Config lets you create and manage reusable hiring pipeline templates. Each template defines the stages candidates move through for a particular type of role or client. Access it from the left sidebar.

Pipeline Templates

The page displays all your pipeline templates as cards. Each template shows its name, description, last updated date, and the ordered list of stages. One template is marked as 'Default' - this is automatically applied to new job postings unless you select a different one.

Template Examples

You can create different pipelines for different hiring workflows. For example:

  1. Standard Pipeline - a simple default flow with stages like Screening, Shortlist, Client Endorsement, Offer, Offer Accepted
  2. Engineering Pipeline - a more detailed flow adding Technical Interview, Client Interview, and Final Interview stages
  3. Customer Support Pipeline - includes Assessment and Technical Assessment stages for skills-based roles

Managing Templates

Click '+ New Template' to create a new pipeline from scratch. Define the template name, add stages in the order candidates should progress through them, and save. You can also view archived templates using 'Show Archived'.

Create separate pipeline templates for different types of roles. A technical hire might need more interview stages than an entry-level position. Having templates ready means you can post new jobs faster.
