Create and manage job postings with pipeline stage tracking
Overview
The Jobs page lets you create, manage, and monitor all your job postings. Access it from the left sidebar. Each job shows a complete pipeline breakdown so you can see exactly where candidates are at every stage.
Job Listings
Each job is displayed as a row showing the job title, a reference ID, location, the assigned recruiter, the associated client or team, and a status tag (Active, Awaiting Option, Canceled, or Hired). Across the row, you'll see candidate counts for each pipeline stage - Screening, Shortlisted, Technical Interview, Client Endorsement, Assessment, Client Interview, Final Interview, Offer, and Offer Accepted.
Creating a Job
Click '+ Create Job' in the top-right corner to post a new position. Enter the job details including title, department, location, employment type, and requirements. Alexia.ai can AI-generate job descriptions based on your inputs.
Job Status
Jobs can be in different states:
- Active - the position is open and accepting candidates
- Awaiting Option - waiting for a decision or client input
- Canceled - the job has been canceled
- Hired - the position has been successfully filled
The pipeline stage counts on each job row give you an instant snapshot of how the hiring process is progressing - no need to click into the job to check.
