Salary Matrix

Manage salary benchmarking data by position, level, and region

Overview

The Salary Matrix provides salary benchmarking data organised by position, experience level, and region. Use it to ensure competitive and consistent compensation across all your job postings. Access it from the left sidebar.

Matrix Layout

The matrix is displayed as a table with positions listed down the left side and salary figures across the columns. Each position has rows for different experience levels (e.g. Junior 1–3 years, Mid 3–5 years, Senior 5–7 years, Manager 6–7+ years). The columns are split into two main sections - Full Time and Part Time - each with regional breakdowns showing final figures in your selected currency.

Currency and Conversion

Use the currency selector in the top-right corner to switch between currencies. Amounts are shown converted from the base currency, with rates updated daily. This lets you compare salary costs across different regions at a glance.

Managing Entries

You have several options for managing salary data:

  1. + Add Entry - manually add a new position and level with salary figures
  2. Import CSV - bulk-import salary data from a spreadsheet
  3. Export - download the entire salary matrix as a file
  4. Edit/Delete - use the action icons on each row to edit or remove individual entries

Searching and Filtering

Use the search bar to find positions by name, and filter by experience level using the 'All Levels' dropdown.

Keep your Salary Matrix up to date to ensure job offers align with current market rates. The currency conversion feature is especially useful when hiring across multiple countries.
