Navigate the main dashboard, sidebar, and key features
Overview
The Alexia.ai dashboard is your command centre. It's designed to give you a complete view of your business at a glance, with quick access to all AI-powered features from one place.
The Sidebar
The left sidebar is your primary navigation. At the top you'll find Quick Actions - a shortcut to common tasks like creating reports, setting goals, or asking Alexia.ai a question. Below that are your AI assistants, Direct Chats, and pinned conversations.

The Main Chat Area
The centre of the dashboard is the main chat. This is where you interact with Alexia.ai in natural language. You can ask questions, give commands, request reports, or have multi-turn conversations about your business data.
The Header Bar
The top-right area contains your notification bell, email intelligence badge, and user avatar. Click your avatar to access Settings, manage your profile, or sign out.
Settings is accessed through the user avatar dropdown in the upper-right corner, not from the sidebar.
Dashboard Cards
Below the chat, you'll see dashboard summary cards showing key metrics: active goals progress, pending tasks, recent email summaries, and upcoming scheduled items. These update in real-time as new data comes in.
