Alexia.ai's goal tracking system helps you set measurable business objectives, break them into milestones, and track progress with AI-powered insights. Goals are visible across your dashboard and tracked automatically.
Creating a Goal
To create a new business goal:
- Use Quick Actions or ask Alexia.ai 'Set a new goal'
- Define the goal name and description
- Set a target metric (e.g., 'Reach $100K MRR' or 'Hire 5 new engineers')
- Choose a deadline
- Optionally break it into milestones
- Assign the goal to yourself or a team member
Goal Types
Alexia.ai supports several goal types: Revenue targets, Growth metrics, Operational efficiency, Hiring/team building, Customer satisfaction, Project completion, and Custom goals. Each type comes with suggested KPIs and tracking methods.
Milestones
Break large goals into milestones for better tracking. For example, a 'Launch new product' goal might have milestones: Complete design, Build MVP, Beta testing, Public launch. Each milestone can have its own deadline and assignee.
AI-Powered Progress
Alexia.ai automatically tracks progress when goals are connected to data sources. Revenue goals connected to your accounting tool update automatically. For manual goals, Alexia.ai prompts you for updates and can estimate completion based on your pace.
Set 2-3 high-priority goals per quarter for best focus. Alexia.ai works best when it can deeply track a manageable number of objectives.
