Huddles
Start video meetings with your team and access recordings
Overview
Huddles are video meetings you can start directly within Alexia.ai. Access Huddles from the left sidebar to see all your past, current, and upcoming video meetings in one place.
Starting a Huddle
To start a new video meeting, click the '+ New Huddle' button in the upper right corner. Invite team members and begin your meeting - Alexia.ai can record the session and link it to a chat for follow-up.
Huddle List
The Huddles page shows a list of all your video meetings. Each huddle entry displays:
- Participants - the names of everyone who joined the huddle
- Date - when the huddle took place
- Duration - how long the meeting lasted (e.g. 13 min)
- Participant count - the number of people who attended
- Started by - who initiated the huddle
- Status - whether the huddle is Completed or Cancelled
- Linked chat - the associated chat thread (e.g. Human Chat or team channel), with a 'Go to Chat' link to jump to the conversation
- Attendee list - all participants listed below the huddle details
Recordings
Completed huddles with recordings show a 'View Recording' button. Click it to replay the meeting. Recordings are useful for team members who couldn't attend or for reviewing discussions later.
Huddles integrate with Meeting Notes - after a huddle ends, Alexia.ai can generate a summary and extract action items automatically. Check Meeting Notes for AI-generated follow-ups from your huddles.
