Overview
Alexia.ai can draft email replies for you, saving time on routine responses. Every draft is presented for your review - Alexia.ai never sends anything without your explicit approval.
How It Works
When viewing an email summary, you'll see a 'Draft Reply' option. Click it and Alexia.ai will generate a professional response based on the email content, your past communication style, and the context of the conversation.
Customising Drafts
After Alexia.ai generates a draft, you can edit it directly, ask for a different tone ('Make it more formal'), or provide specific instructions ('Include the deadline of March 15th'). Alexia.ai will revise the draft based on your feedback.
Sending
Once you're satisfied with the draft, click 'Send' to dispatch it from your connected email account. The sent email appears in your regular sent folder, just as if you'd written it manually.
Use draft replies for routine acknowledgements, meeting confirmations, and follow-ups. Save your time for emails that need a personal touch.
