Scheduled Meetings

Schedule new meetings and manage your active meeting list

Overview

The Scheduled Meetings page is where you create new meetings and manage all your active (upcoming) ones. Access it from the left sidebar.

Scheduling a New Meeting

At the top of the page, you'll see the 'Schedule a New Meeting' section with options for each meeting type:

  1. Schedule Video Meeting - set up a Video / Internal Meeting with your team or external participants
  2. Schedule AI Interview - create an AI Interview session with automated question flow and assessment
  3. Schedule Face-to-Face Interview - set up a Face-to-Face Interview with specific participants and email invitations
  4. New Open Meeting - create an Open Meeting that participants can join at any time
  5. Schedule Practice Interview - set up a Practice Interview for self-paced rehearsal with AI feedback

Active Meetings

Below the scheduling options, you'll see your Active Meetings displayed as cards. Each card shows the meeting type tag (e.g. 'AI Interview', 'Video / Internal Meeting', 'Face-to-Face Interview'), the meeting title, date and time, and number of participants. Each card has action buttons:

  1. Start Meeting - launch the meeting immediately
  2. Details - view full meeting information
  3. Edit - modify the meeting details, time, or participants
  4. Cancel - cancel the meeting

You can schedule any of the five meeting types from this page. Each type is designed for a different scenario - from autonomous AI-led sessions to flexible open meetings anyone can join.
