Getting Started with Team Connect
Navigate the Dashboard, meeting types, and recent recordings
Overview
Team Connect is Alexia.ai's built-in meeting platform - video calls, AI-conducted sessions, scheduling, recording, and transcription. Use it for team standups, client calls, training sessions, interviews, one-on-ones, or any meeting type your organisation needs. No separate subscriptions for Zoom, Teams, or other video tools needed.
Accessing Team Connect
Team Connect is available from the portal switcher in the upper right corner of the screen. Select it to open the Team Connect dashboard. The left sidebar provides navigation to all areas: Dashboard, Meetings, Scheduled Meetings, and Recordings.
Dashboard
The Dashboard is your landing page. At the top, you'll see Recent Recordings - a horizontal list of your latest recorded meetings showing the participant name, date, and duration. Below that is the meeting type selection where you can launch any of the five meeting types.
Meeting Types
Team Connect offers five meeting types, each designed for a different scenario:
- AI Interview - let AI conduct a structured session autonomously with automated question flow, video recording with AI assessment, and a full transcript with timestamps
- Face-to-Face Interview - schedule a face-to-face session with specific participants, with participant management, email invitations, and video recording with AI assessment
- Video / Internal Meeting - create or join a video call for live sessions with multiple participants, with video recording, AI assessment, screen sharing, and chat
- Open Meeting - create a flexible meeting that participants can join at any time, with no fixed schedule required
- Practice Interview - a self-paced practice session where participants can rehearse and review their performance with AI feedback
Team Connect is included at no extra cost with Alexia.ai. All five meeting types come with AI-powered recording, transcription, and assessment built in.
