View, search, and manage all your meetings in list or calendar view
Overview
The Meetings page shows all your meetings in one place. Access it from the left sidebar. You can switch between a List view and a Calendar view depending on how you prefer to see your schedule.
List View
The List view displays your meetings as a searchable, scrollable list. Each meeting shows its type tag (e.g. 'Face-to-Face Interview', 'Video / Internal Meeting', 'AI Interview'), the meeting title, date and time, and participants. Use the search bar at the top to find meetings by name, and toggle between 'Upcoming' and 'Past' to see future or completed meetings. You can also filter by Type to narrow the list to a specific meeting type.
Calendar View
Switch to Calendar view using the toggle in the top-right corner. The calendar displays your meetings as colour-coded blocks on a weekly grid. Use the navigation controls to move between weeks, or switch between Month, Week, and Day views. Click on any meeting block to see its details.
Use the Calendar view to spot scheduling conflicts and see how your week looks at a glance. The colour coding makes it easy to distinguish between meeting types.
