Recordings

View, search, and review recorded meetings with transcripts and AI feedback

Overview

The Recordings page stores all your recorded meetings. Access it from the left sidebar. Recordings are automatically saved when you record a meeting, and you can also upload recordings manually.

Recording Library

Your recordings are displayed in a searchable grid or list view (toggle between views using the icons in the top-right corner). Each recording card shows the participant name, recording type (e.g. 'Combined Recording'), meeting type (e.g. 'Video Meeting'), duration, and date. Use the search bar to find recordings by name or summary, and filter using the 'All Recordings' dropdown.

Uploading Recordings

Click the 'Upload' button in the top-right corner to upload a recording that was captured outside of Team Connect. This lets you keep all your meeting recordings in one central place.

Managing Recordings

Each recording card has two actions: 'Download' to save the recording file locally, and 'Delete Recording' to remove it permanently.

Recording Detail

Click on any recording to open its detail page. Here you'll find:

  1. Video player - play back the full recording with video controls
  2. Metadata - add a star rating, tags, and comments to the recording (changes are saved automatically)
  3. Transcript - view the full transcript of the meeting, captured automatically when the Alexia.ai transcription service is active during the meeting
  4. AI Feedback - AI-generated feedback based on the transcript, including assessment, key takeaways, and recommendations

Always enable the Alexia.ai transcription service during meetings to get automatic transcripts and AI-powered feedback. Without transcription active, the Transcript and AI Feedback sections won't have data to work with.
