Understanding the Onboarding Tour
What each step of the welcome tour covers
Overview
When you first log in to Alexia.ai, you'll be guided through a three-part onboarding experience designed to help you understand the platform and get set up quickly.
Part 1: The Slideshow Tour
The first part is a visual tour that introduces you to Alexia.ai's core features: AI assistants, the Chat-First Interface, Goals & Tasks, Email Intelligence, and Business Intelligence. You can navigate with Next/Back buttons or skip the tour entirely.
Part 2: Guided Chat Setup
After the slideshow, you'll see an interactive guided chat where Alexia.ai asks what you'd like to achieve. You can choose from suggestion chips like 'Create my weekly marketing report' or 'Track my business KPIs'. This helps Alexia.ai understand your priorities and begin setting up relevant features.
Part 3: Need Help?
The final screen offers additional support options: watch a quick tutorial video, or book a free setup call with the Alexia.ai team. You can also skip this and jump straight into the dashboard.
You can replay the onboarding tour at any time by clearing your onboarding preferences in Settings.
