You can create as many AI assistants as your business needs. Each one operates independently and specialises in its domain.

Step-by-Step Setup

Creating a new manager takes about 30 seconds.

  1. In the left sidebar, find the 'Departments' section
  2. Click the '+' button to create a new department
  3. Select a department type from the available options
  4. Name your manager (e.g., 'Sarah - Finance' or simply 'Finance Manager')
  5. Add an optional description to guide the manager's focus
  6. Click 'Create' and your manager is ready to use

Department Types

Available department types include Finance & Accounting, Marketing & Growth, Sales & Revenue, Human Resources, Legal & Compliance, Operations & Logistics, Customer Support, Product & Engineering, and Executive/General. Each type comes pre-configured with relevant domain knowledge.

Custom Descriptions

Adding a description helps your manager understand your specific needs. For example, a Marketing Manager description might be: 'Focus on our B2B SaaS marketing metrics. We use HubSpot for CRM, Google Analytics for web traffic, and Meta Ads for paid campaigns.'

The more specific your description, the more relevant and accurate the manager's responses will be.
