Connecting Your Tools

Link HubSpot, Xero, Google Analytics, and more

Overview

Alexia.ai becomes more powerful when connected to your existing business tools. Integrations allow AI assistants to pull real data, generate accurate reports, and provide insights based on your actual business performance.

Accessing Integrations

To connect your tools, click your avatar in the upper-right corner and select 'Settings' from the dropdown menu. Then navigate to the 'Integrations' tab to see all available connections.

  1. Click your avatar in the upper-right corner
  2. Select 'Settings' from the dropdown
  3. Navigate to the 'Integrations' tab
  4. Click 'Connect' next to the tool you want to link

Available Integrations

Alexia.ai supports connections to a wide range of business tools including HubSpot (CRM & Marketing), Xero (Accounting), Google Analytics (Website data), Google Workspace (Email & Calendar), Salesforce (CRM), Slack (Communication), and many more.

OAuth Authentication

Most integrations use OAuth, which means you'll be redirected to the tool's login page to authorise access. Alexia.ai only requests the minimum permissions needed and never stores your passwords.

You can revoke any integration's access at any time from the Settings page.

Verifying Your Connection

After connecting a tool, Alexia.ai will run a quick test to verify the connection is working. You'll see a green checkmark next to successfully connected tools. Try asking an AI assistant a question that requires the connected data to confirm everything works.

Can't Find Your Tool?

If the tool you need isn't listed in the available integrations, you can request it directly from within Alexia.ai. Simply click the bug/feature request button located at the bottom-left corner of your Alexia.ai dashboard, select 'Feature Request', and let us know which tool you'd like integrated. Our team reviews all requests and prioritises based on demand.

The more details you include in your request (tool name, what data you'd like to pull, how you'd use it), the faster we can evaluate and add it.
