Setting Up a Schedule
To schedule a recurring report:
- Generate a report you want to recur
- Ask Alexia.ai: 'Schedule this report to run every Monday morning'
- Choose the frequency: daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly
- Set the delivery method: in-app, email, or both
- Confirm the schedule
Managing Scheduled Reports
View all scheduled reports by asking Alexia.ai 'Show my scheduled reports'. You can edit, pause, or cancel any schedule. Past report instances are stored in your history for comparison.
Delivery Options
Scheduled reports can be delivered as in-app notifications, direct email to you, shared with team members, or exported to a connected tool like Google Drive or Slack.
