Overview
Once you've generated a report, Alexia.ai makes it easy to share with stakeholders, export for offline use, or integrate into your existing reporting workflow.
Sharing Within Alexia.ai
Share reports directly with team members who have Alexia.ai accounts. They'll receive a notification and can view the report in their own dashboard. Shared reports maintain live data connections.
Email Sharing
Send reports via email to anyone - they don't need an Alexia.ai account. Reports are formatted as clean HTML emails with embedded charts and summary data.
Export Options
Export reports in multiple formats:
- PDF - formatted for printing or formal distribution
- CSV/Excel - raw data for further analysis in spreadsheets
- Image - charts exported as PNG files
- Link - shareable link that recipients can view in browser
Sharing Controls
Control who can view shared reports. Options include: visible to entire organisation, specific team members only, anyone with the link, or password-protected access.
For recurring stakeholder reports, set up automatic sharing so the latest version is sent to your distribution list every time the report is generated.
