My Feedback

Submit and track bug reports and feature requests for Alexia.ai

Overview

My Feedback lets you submit bug reports and feature requests directly to the Alexia.ai team, and track their progress. Access it from your profile menu by clicking 'My Feedback', or navigate directly to the feedback page.

Submitting Feedback

Click the '+ New Request' button in the top-right corner to submit a new bug report or feature request. Provide a clear title and detailed description so the team can understand and act on your feedback.

Feedback List

Your submitted feedback is displayed in a list showing each item's title, description preview, source (e.g. HRIS, Alexia.ai), priority level, and current status. The list gives you a clear view of everything you've reported and where it stands.

Filtering and Sorting

Use the filter dropdowns at the top to narrow your view:

  1. All Types - filter by feedback type (e.g. bug report, feature request)
  2. All Statuses - filter by status (e.g. Pending, Closed - Duplicate, For Discussion)
  3. All Sources - filter by where the feedback relates to (e.g. HRIS, Alexia.ai)
  4. Newest First - sort by date submitted (newest or oldest first)

Priority Levels

Each piece of feedback is assigned a priority level - Low, Medium, or High - so you can see how it's been categorised by the team.

Statuses

Feedback items move through different statuses as they're reviewed:

  1. Pending - submitted and awaiting review
  2. For Discussion - the team is evaluating the request
  3. Closed - Duplicate - the item has already been reported by someone else

Be as specific as possible when describing bugs - include what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. This helps the team resolve issues faster.
