Overview
Alexia.ai connects to 1,000+ business tools - from CRM and accounting to marketing, communication, and productivity platforms. Every integration uses secure OAuth authentication, so there are no API keys to manage and no developer support needed. Most tools connect in under 60 seconds.
How to Connect a Tool
Connecting any tool follows the same simple process:
- Open your Alexia.ai dashboard and go to Settings > Integrations
- Browse the integration library or search for the tool you want to connect
- Click 'Connect' next to the tool
- Sign in to your account for that tool (e.g., HubSpot, Xero, Google)
- Review and approve the permissions Alexia.ai is requesting
- That's it - your data is now available to all your AI assistants
What Happens After You Connect
Once a tool is connected, Alexia.ai immediately starts pulling your data. Your AI assistants can now include this data in reports, answer questions about it, and cross-reference it with data from your other connected tools. The more tools you connect, the more powerful and comprehensive your insights become.
You don't need to connect everything at once. Start with one or two tools you use daily, then add more as you go. Each new connection instantly enriches all your future reports.

Security & Permissions
All integrations use OAuth, meaning Alexia.ai never stores your login credentials. Permissions are scoped to read-only access by default - Alexia.ai can view and analyse your data but cannot create, modify, or delete anything in your connected tools. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Managing Your Integrations
You can view, reconnect, or disconnect any integration at any time from Settings > Integrations. If an integration loses connection (for example, if you change your password on that tool), Alexia.ai will notify you and prompt you to reconnect with one click.
Can't Find Your Tool?
With 1,000+ integrations and more added every week, there's a good chance the tool you need is already available. But if it isn't, requesting a new integration is easy - simply click the bug/feature request button at the bottom-left corner of your Alexia.ai dashboard, select 'Feature Request', and tell us which tool you'd like connected. Our team actively reviews every request and prioritises new integrations based on user demand. Your suggestion could be available sooner than you think.
When submitting a request, include the tool name, what data you'd like to access, and how you'd use it. This helps our team prioritise. In the meantime, you can always upload data manually via CSV or Excel file uploads.
